Full-Service Merch Production
Pusha Teez produces merch in-house in Los Angeles / Orange County — screen printing, embroidery, DTG & DTF, sublimation, cut and sew and fulfillment under one roof. Minimums are low — none on most techniques — typical turnaround is 7–10 days and we ship nationwide, so a band's first run and a company's next rollout get the same care.
What we produce
Every technique is done in-house. Choose one to learn more, or tell us about your project and we'll recommend the right method for your design, garment and budget — bold screen prints for big runs, embroidery for a premium finish, DTG and DTF for full-color detail, or cut and sew for garments built from scratch.

Tell us what you want made — products, decoration, quantity and deadline. We reply within one business day.

Design & mockups
We prepare your artwork for production and send a mockup showing colors, sizes and placements for your approval.

Want to hold it before the full run? Samples are available on request.

Production
Your order is produced in-house at our Los Angeles / Orange County facilities. Typical turnaround is 7–10 days.

Every order is checked before it leaves our facility.

We ship nationwide, or store your stock and ship orders to your customers as they come in.
Minimums & turnaround
Low minimums. Screen printing, embroidery, DTG, DTF, sublimation and print-on-demand have no minimum — one hoodie for a prototype, a short run for a pop-up or thousands of tees for a tour. Cut and sew starts at 50 pieces per style / 50 pieces per color. It all runs through the same in-house production in Los Angeles / Orange County.
Typical turnaround is 7–10 days. Your quote confirms the timeline for your order. Working to a hard date — a show, a launch, an event? Put your deadline on the quote form and we will plan production around it.
Pricing depends on the technique, garment, quantity and the number of colors or placements, so every order gets its own quote. Small runs are welcome — on most techniques you can order exactly what you need instead of rounding up.

Want something no blank can give you? Our cut and sew production builds garments from the fabric up, with your own pattern, fit and details.
